                      I am a bit skeptical too. They might be able to cover the electronics in something that protects it, but for obvious reasons you cannot completely cover a standard battery in isolating material, because what protects you from short circuits also protects you from getting any current out of the battery.

                      Most handheld electronics depends on making a electrical connection between the battery and the internal hardware.

                      The video looks a bit too much like TV-shop.
