Windows No Disk Error [Fixed]

Ok I have a problem, I keep getting an error "Windows - No Disk" screenshot of it below, now I've had this for awhile but it only came up when I opened Adobe Photoshop, I figured it was because of my not so legal version.

But today a different issue arose as I was told that this computer might have adware now on it because some idiot clicked an obvious fake email. So I went and updated Spyware Blaster then opened up Spy Bot updated it, when i began to run it this same "windows no disk" error popped up and keeps popping up and i have to click X cancel or continue to make it go away and it continues with spy bot for only a few seconds then it pops up again and spy bot wont continue scanning until I get rid of this damn error message.

Within the last few months I've replaced the hard drive with a new one, and even longer ago I added a new DVD drive.

Please help me out so I can sort this mess out.

Ok as it turned out, there was a non existent USB removable device set as Drive C (I always wondered what that was) I thought it had something to do with the printer, it set itself as drive C when we put the new hard drive in and installed windows on it. I went and disabled the non existent C drive and told it to remove it and now the error doesn't pop up.

Yay I fixed stuff on my own im soo proud.
