More Memory!

Wohoo!!

I just ordered an additional 2GB of RAM for my notebook PC (that I use to game--yes I'm a laptop gamer), in addition to the 2GB that I already have.

I had no idea that I could upgrade my notebook's RAM until just recently.

Spent about $100 on two 1GB sticks of DDR2 RAM :)

Should boost your performance a little but probably not enough to effect your gaming experience much, but hey im no pro so :P

Yeah, I'm just hoping it'll take some load off of my CPU... when I run CoD4 (with some stuff in the BG) I end up with almost 100% CPU usage, which is a lot for a dual core with 2 GHz... so I'm hoping that some extra memory will help with that a little.

Laptops are harder to use then PC's, cant mod the game as much doesnt run as fast, in theory a lot harder to play compet on

I have the same setup, Zweibz, 2G dual core laptop w/ 4 G mem - did make a difference, but not a huge one. Also running 2GB "ready boost" for the cache - that does make a difference.
