Create server(HELP)

I bought COD4 and i want to create a server. I go to multiplayer game-start new server-deducation(internet).Then game had closed and new console was opend. I again open game ?open console with ~ and write connect myIP and join my server.I told my ip to friends they open console wrote thesame and awaiting connection 1 awaiting connect 2 ................awaiting connection 12 and END. Only i can join my server.WHY?help me please and what should I dO?

Have you updated to the latest patch?

If your runnning a server from your PC, you may need to disable your firewall (well not completly - just open the ports that CoD4 uses which would be 28960 by default)

What firewall do you have/use? Do you have a router or connect directly to the internet?

i have wireless adapter at home and my game apdates avtomaticaly

Find your router and then find CoD4 and it should say how to forward the CoD4 ports

Well you connect to the internet by wireless - so I'm guessing you have a 'box' like a router that kinda looks like:
