whats the problem

everytime i get a great group of guys together the connection gets lost or timed out. many of my friends cant even party up with me at all. What can be done about this problem?

Lately my friends and i have had alot of trouble joining each others parties, its doesnt show that the party is even open when theyre in a lobby, and once we do get together most of the time we cant join a match together without someone getting booted.
