I had to do something like this last night since COD4 was uninstalled so my computer could be repaired. Go to where your computer saved your profile and saves either by going to Start and Search and searching for Call of Duty 4, or it's probably in the C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players folder. You'd want that and C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\main.
Just save those externally, like to a DVD (because the player folder will likely be too big for a CD) or a thumb drive, and when you install COD4 on your new PC, search for those folders on your new game, delete them, and simply move the old ones over to where they should be.Comment
