How to retrieve MP DATA(Rank)

I recently had to reformat my pc. After reinstalling COD4 my MP data is back to rank1. Is there anything i can do to get it back. Besides playing through it all again. =[

Erm.. did you save your profile before hand?

If you didn't i don't think there is anyway of doing it without playing it all again.

CoD 4 is not like the Battlefield series of games, where all your progress is stored online, CoD 4 saves all your progress locally on your PC.....so formatting will lose everything.
I use this handy little backup prgram, just run it whenever you finish playing CoD 4
