Autorun crashes on COD2 install

I tried to install COD2 today, but when autorun starts, it says it encountered a problem and has to close (generic Windows XP error), but when I go to explore and run setup, it works until the 2nd disk, it asks me to insert 2nd disk, but it won't recognize it.

Any help?

If you use zone alarm, you might have to uninstall it: http://discussions.virtualdr.com/arc.../t-198928.html

Otherwise try and find instructions to install it manually.
