THIS is the best choice. Or if you feel the desire for more wattage (grows your e-pen0r by 2cm) go for the 620HX.

Oh, forgot to mention about that part. Ya, I have a Ultra X-Finity 600W PSU with my current build that works just fine. I'll be switching it over.

Noctua fans 1200RPM..theyre expensive but are quiet and push alot of air...

48CFM at 17dBA. They look really nice, and are well designed. But, the ThermalTake Thunderblades are a little louder at 21dBA but push a lot more air and are cheaper. Any other suggestions?

Never trust manufacturer's DBa ratings! EVER!! Especially not Thermalfake. Thier DBa rating are total ****! :dead:

I kid you not. 48CFM at 17dba? BS! I doubt silence is very important to you, but my recommendation does not change. Scythe Slipstreams are the most efficient (ie best noise to CFM ratio) fans you can get AFAIK. They come in speeds ranging from 500rpm to 1900rpm. To you I'd recommend the 1200rpm version. (model # SY1225SL12M) These fans have been actually been measured by a third party for noise and airflow. (second chart on link) Considering price, noise and CFM, I think the Scythe Slipstream fans are the best you can get.

The 48CFM at 17dBA is for the Noctua fans that Hellsent recommended, not the ThermalTake ones. And, silence is the main thing I'm looking for, but also decent air flow. See, I can't just stick 7 fans in my case (plus 1 for CPU and 2 for the HDD cooler), then leave my PC running at night in the same room that me and my brother sleep in and not worry about noise.

The problem I have with newegg is their shipping prices on small items, like fans for example. $20 to ship 6 fans, I mean come on.

Still, 48CFM at 17dba? Here is Silent PC Review's NF-S12-1200 review. 38CFM at 25 DBa. Thats pretty nice. But expensive. However, the fan pushes 23CFM at 20 DBa, so there's no way it pushes more air with less noise.

Anyways, I still think the 1200rpm Slipstreams are the sweet spot between noise and CFM. 46CFM at 28 DBa, 37CFM at 24DBa. Half as expensive as Noctuas.

Wow, that shipping SUCKS!! :shock: Ouch! :dead: But do you really need 6? I have a 65W graphics card run passively and a 3GHz Pentium Dual Core with only a 800rpm fan on the heatsink and a 800rpm fan as exhaust. Temps are fine. The only other fan in my system is the PSU fan. I'm not saying you need 2, but you could easily use 3 or 4 max.

But I've made my point. Good luck on finding cheap shipping!
