I don't know exactly, but I can tell you that nearly any 300W can run a system with a 2600 Pro. They aren't powerful cards so they won't stress a PSU much. 40W max.
Most likely. A 300W PSU (even the crappy ones) should be able to deliver 300W to the system. Under load, even a system with a Pentium D (for ex) with a 2600 won't use more than 150W.
Let's say that all the power was 12v (it's not). You'd only need 12.5 amps on the 12v rail. So, everything looks fine to me.
