The CPU E8400 will work, because i have it running on my mobo that supports 1333MHZ, but i don't know squat about that ram. sry mate.

It should work perfectly fine, as the listed speed (in this case 1066) usually just signifies the highest supported speed.

In fact, straight off EVGA's site:

Memory
	4 x 240-pin DIMM sockets
	Dual Channel DDR2
	Maximum of 8GB of [B]DDR2 533/667/800/1066MHz[/B]

You could even get a 4GB (2x2GB) kit at 800MHz, and overclock it. You probably wont even notice a difference between 800/1066 anyhow.
