Memory Help, please...

Hey there. I am about to buy some new memory. But I need some help as I don't know whether or not the memory currently on offer fits into my motherboard.
Ok, here it goes. The box my MoBo came in has something written on it:

Supports Dual Channel DDR400 with 4 DIMM slots, maximum capacity 4GB.
The MoBo is a ASRock 939NF6G-VSTA

I dunno, can I also place DDR800 in that mobo? Because I can't see any DDR400 on offer at the moment.

My Specs:

CPU: AMD X2 64 4400+
GPU: GeForce 7800GT 512MB
RAM: 1GB somestuff
Mobo: ASRock 939 NF6G-VSTA
Windows XP SP2

This is the motherboard you have? Most motherboards will support multiple DDR's, your's however only supports DDR400. Therefore, putting anything higher will not work.
