Hard Drive Active 100% of the time

I booted up my PC after coming back home today to find the hard drive active 100% of the time, I can hear it clicking and the hard drive activity light is on. I rebooted the PC, and the same thing is happening. Specs under post count.

This happened to me once and it was because I had an external hard drive hooked up that just so happened to have a vista partition on it and my computer was automatically trying to boot off it. Very slow...

I have 2 internal hard drives if it matters

And probably totally bork his Vista install.

HJT only sort of works with Vista 64. What all those "file missing" are is HJT looking in the System32 folder and expecting the 32 bit versions of all those files, when what is there is the 64 bit versions. TrendMicro needs to update HJT where it looks for those system files (SysWOW64) when it is run a on 64 bit OS.
