DVDShrink 3.2 to rip it from the DVD..

Then use this to burn the files to a blank DVD.

Once you open cdburnerxp.. click File: then Video DVD layout and select the folder you put the files in from DVDShrink..just uncheck the make individual folders for each video/audio file.

Its so simple..!
