Recognizing graphics card at every start up?

Every time I reboot my PC, during the turning on phase, it shows my graphics card specs in the top left corner. It's white font on a black background and the resolution seems very low. Also, the windows rating system gets refreshed whenever I reboot. These things don't bother me, but I'm just wondering if it could be something bad that I haven't picked up on yet?

I installed the card properly, otherwise I wouldn't be able to play games.The drivers are not up to date (because 174.75 causes crashes for me) but I'm at the second newest which is 174.53. This has been happening since I put the card in, but I never thought much of it until I noticed windows rating always needing to be updated

I think all nvidia cards show card specs in the top left corner on boot, at least the 2 I've had both did.
I've never checked windows rating system.

i had mines of my GeForce 4. i don't think its anything serious.

ya my 6200 used to and still does that...not sure about the rating

It's normal. It used to happen on my old mobo.
