TV/PS2 connection

What is missing to connect my Playstation to my monitor?

I have this monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824254017

And a playstation 2, I'd like to bring the PS2 out of the living room and into the gaming room but hook it up to my monitor, since the gaming room TV is too old to work with the PS2.

Is there some kind of converter I can purchase?

The easiest way is to see if you can get a VGA output for the Playstation. I use one for my 360 with a HannsG monitor and it just plugs in like a normal computer monitor.
