    Anything to worry about?

    Just wanted to ask if I should worry about any of these? I'm asking because it's more than what is usually in my task manager and I know nothing about it:

      no but you have a ton of things you could turn off to give you some performance back to your OS... lots of those svhosts for example are not needed for the everyday normal PC user.

      Check over at Black Viper for a guide to what you can turn off and disable in the way of services..

            Just an fyi, in the future, you can google whatever program your not familiar with and see if its a virus or just a regular program.
