Tv Tuner..

lol ok this will hopefully be my last "i need help" threads

I have recently purchased the PxDVR3200 H Tv tuner for my pc. Upon installing the hardware i then proceded to install the software. I clicked on the necessary installation icon and i got an error messege saying "This device does not support". i took the card back to the retailer thinking it was faulty. After recieving a new card i attempted the software installation once again with the same outcome. I then downloaded the online driver to see if the same thing would happen, which it did. How do i get this thing to work?

i run Vista home premium 64-bit.

and this is where i have it plugged into my motherboard :)



Every time i turn on my pc and boot into vista it recognize the hardware as a media card or whatever so it knows its there.. but the software just seems content on p*ssing me off..

only have 2 ideas. os the card vista compatible or is it defiantly pci-e

did you ever find a solution to this ?? I have the same problem now (but in Vista 32bit) and cannot find a solution anywhere.

Uninstall in device manager, scan for new hardware and attempt to reinstall again :)
