PC vs MAC - all personal preference or...?

    At school I use a mac in computer GFX class and I must say they aren't too bad for your basic needs but for more advanced features, they fail epically.

      never used a MAC rly been around windows a lot, and in skool now Uni we work on Windows P4s and C2Ds.

        Macintosh = glamourised version of FreeBSD with mostly proprietary hardware.

        Think of it as if you were running Windows Vista on an XBOX.

        Linux is the only alternative. A viable one, I mean.

          I've always wanted an apple, so I bought a 1.25 ghz eMac last week with Leopard for 250 bucks.

          It's not that great...


          And plus the apple fanboys are annoying.
