Moving Games Without Uninstalling Them??

Ok, well as many of you have probably seen, I made a defrag thread and learned that I need about %15 free space. And a while back I got a second hard drive which I use for my games. So since then I've moved all my games to my new drive except for my steam folder which is 20gb on my 88gb C drive. So what I was wondering is if I could just move my steam folder over to my new drive without uninstalling everything.

You'll have to change your shortcuts, that's all I know. You might have to change your registry, I dunno.
