Put another drive in your machine, and install all your video games to it that will will give you enough free space. A 160GB drive should work for you.

Diskeeper is one of the best out there. I have it scheduled to defrag everything including MFTs every night.

Im defraggin right now with what sava900 linked to....its taking friggin aaaages ...its been about 4 hours...and i only have 1 320Gb hdd and it had about 190Gb worth of free space....

If it's your first time doing it or in a really long time, it's bound to take a while because a drive keeps getting more and more fragmented the longer you use it.

The new version works perfectly on Vista and it also supports x64 as far as I know.

Just leave it running in the background when you're just surfing the web etc.
When you're playing games you should be able to pause it and resume it later so it doesn't affect your performance.
