    USB Hub

Im looking to get a USB Hub and was wondering if there were any really good ones under $20-$30USD.

In my opinion, thats a fair bit to pay. You could get a cheap one from China or something that would do exactly the same job for a fifth of the price.

Make sure its good first, I had one on my dell, and when I plugged my iPod and phone in to charge, they both died.

I very much doubt a USB hub will kill your iPod.

It wasn't connected right, and it fried it. I called apple and it apparently happens all the time, too bad its $250 to fix it.

Well if you don't mind having to reach around the back of your case to plug in a USB device, you could go for one of those that go into the PCI slots.

That way you can get full speed off them instead of having a hub with (probably) 4 slots that would split the speed in between them.

It looks like these and you can probably get them for around $25.
