I'm 46, currently in the military, and somehow never got the game bug. I can't resist COD4 for the PC. I'm looking forward to advice from the experts.

I already have one question...what is a recommended game controller for COD4 and the PC?

I personally haven't moved on to COD4 yet, still haven't gotten over BF2142. And TF2 is so addicting! :p

Either way, the only way to go with PC gaming is with a keyboard and mouse. :nod:

There are quite a few people here who have, or are serving in the armed services, so your not alone. As for the controller, keyboard and mouse can't be beaten for precision.

Always nice to see some new comers to PC gaming, feels like were a dieing breed.As the others have said Mouse and Keyboard will be your best bet, might take a little time to get used to it, but it's worth it.

By the way, I'll tell you a secret... in COD4 if you press Alt + F4 you get infinite ammo.
