I was lookin' around for some stable core clock, and memory clock numbers and found this page: Click Here This shows how close you can get to the GTS w/o frying your card.
I've got my Gigabyte one to 652MHz core with ATI Tool, but the memory is refusing to OC- I think I need to get some RAM sinks as I just get artifacting the moment I OC by the tiniest amount.
EDIT: OK, it suddenly seems to have changed its mind and the memory shot up to 891MHz stable (Albeit without the core OCed. Time to find a happy medium. :) )
