I think thats a 3870x2 + 1x 3870 in CrossfireX as you can mix between the 3800 series cards for crossfire.

Yes, but you would need a AM2 790FX Board. I suppose later on there will be Intel boards with 4x PCIe x16

How is that even possible? That's 3 slots.. aren't there only 2 slots for video cards on current mother boards?

Student loan. I keep mine in a nice high interest rate bank account to make more money. I don't actually need the loan, so i can pay what i own off at the end and keep the extra i make over 3 years :yay:
