    wow than i guess for my future card i should just wait for the HD4000, or maybe and God willing the 9800GTX is to be at a much affordable price.

      Lol only recently got a 8800gtx for around about £270, I'll get over it.

        will probably be around £350 when they hit the UK, so unless the price gap between the 3870X2 and the GX2 is countered by a big performance increase they've lost that race.

                i am looking into getting either a 98gtx an HD4000 series, not anytime soon though prob 2010, hell there maybe new stuff by then and lower prices, i think my gtx could handle another 2yrs.

                        I already promised myslef that I won't upgrade my PC anymore for at least a couple years. I guess my GTS will have to sweat it out. :p
