    Dsl

Does anyone use a DSL service? Does it work well enough for BF2 and newer games? I have cable but might switch to Qwest DSL to save money.
    Thanks.

I thought I'd have to go with the 7mbps service for online gaming but if the 156kbps service is good enough I can save more money.

I personally don't think I could stand to have a slower connection than cable anymore. I'd look for other places to save money first. :p

Qwest has 7mbps service but I've heard that cable is a slightly faster network overall.

I'm stuck with DSL, since cable is the minority market in the UK, at least in rural areas.

Virgin Media FTW, well not really, for the last few days instead of 4Mb broadband I've been getting 0.5Mb broadband, i think it's becasue they are upgrading the infrastructure or something although there are no scheduled things on their website.
Oh well, free upgrade to 10Mb soon.

I have DSL (Mom works for AT&T) and it plays all my games fine online. But as said, it isn't the best when downloading.

I <3 DSL. I really REALLY can't stand Comcast's services or support, so DSL it is. The way I see it, my steady 7mbps down beats Comcast's fluccuating 4-11mbps connections.

But really, whatever floats your boat.
