    Quick RAM question

Hello and yet again sorry for ruining the forum with my silly questions.

Yeah... I haven't gotten the new RAM I was about to buy yet, and just came to think of a little thing. The stickers on my RAM says it's PC2-4300 in speed, I just wonder if it's the same thing as PC-8600 RAM? Or is it different sorts of RAM?

A quick google search didn't do me any good.

    Cheers m8s

totally different. PC2 means its ddr2 meaning it has 240 pins were as the pc 8600 is just ddr ram and it has 184 pins.
