Need some 'puter building advice.

In a couple weeks my brother will be giving me some extra computer parts that he has and I'm about due for a new pc.
Here's what he's got:

Asus P5K-Deluxe
E6320
2x1GB Corsair
320GB HDD.

So what I need for the most part right now is a case, PSU, and video card. What would you guys advise? My choice for the video card will probably be an 8800GT, but that completely dries up my coffers and then some. :p

edit: Not including the card, probably around $200-350. (cheaper is always better!)

and any 3850 for $180 or less and it is within your budget.

You could get away with a cheaper psu and posibly a cheaper case (although that is a great deal on the p182) then go for a cheap 3870 for $215.

Nice and quiet (although not silent but you can replace the fans and it will be) the only fans i can hear are the top one(its below me) and the 35mm on my motherboard.
it keeps things pretty cool too, and it doesnt get very dusty becasue of the filters.
If needs be you could cut out a whole and put some acrylic in, or maybe even buy a windowed side panel for it if there are any.

EDIT: i can't seem to find anywhere that you can just buy a panel window, but there is a version with a window available, although the window is too big IMHO.

I can't (mostly can't be bothered) to work in American, but I'd push for a better proc. E6600 are pretty good prices these days.
