Hey guys, I have a plain black case. I was wondering if I could buy a cheap computer case with a side window and put the window in place of the existing enclosed black panel?

Are most cases compatible?

Short answer, no. Long answer, it depends on the case manufacturer and the case its self. Most cases have parts that are unique to that case. I would suggest buying some sheets of acrylic and cutting a window into the panel on your existing case.
