These are little MX-300 earbuds, not a headset and they sound better in my opinion.
I would like some ear warmers...

Alex, I wouldnt say BF2 to be a good measurement tool for audio. I can just name SWAT4 off the top of my head, where sound is crucial and where all Medusa users have had praises and positive feedback on the significant difference in surround sounds. That being said, as I said before, if you want music- high quality stereo headsets are definitely better. But the prices for those are steep, and can go up to 3000 EEK (about 280 bucks) here.Comment

Oh, it wasn't just BF2. I tried it with CoD4, DVD's, Half Life, FFOW etc... and there is definitely a problem with the headset. There was nowt all base in the rear of the set.
So, if i threw a grenade, faced away from it, it would sound tinny. Absolutely no depth or bass to the sound. Facing it was fine.Comment

Ive heard you need to set them up properly, did you do some digging in other forums? It might have been a faulty set though...Comment

I tried every option possible. I spent like literally hours wandering the net for explanations and trying different settings on Creative Console, but to no avail.
I saw a few other people had similar problems, so I rma'd them. It had to go to management for a decision which they accepted, so maybe they know a faulty batch.
But, i won't be buying another headset. My desktop mic and ear buds are more comfortable, and with virtual surround sound, pretty much as good.Comment
