    Battery Backup Question

    Hey guys,

    I was just interested in buying a battery backup so my psu will last longer. I have a 950W psu, does this mean I need to get a 950W battery backup as well? Im not really interested in running my computer without any power, I just want to protect it from small power outages. Or when the electricity blinks sometimes.

      The UPS should at least meet the absolute maximum Wattage drawn by the PSU, otherwise it will cause crashes. This may just mean you need a 600W one as i doubt your rig will exceed that.
