Computer Case upgrades

Ok guys, I recently made a new build and now would like to "light it up".

Here is the case I purchased:

And here is the light I recently put in (i'll probably get one more it looks great):

Now, I was wondering, I would like to get this for the exhaust port on the side:

But I'm not sure if this will help with keeping things cool or hamper it.

Currently there is 1 (120mm) fan on the back acting as the exhaust fan. The 120mm I have on the front is a Theraltake but it sounds like a jet engine. I can't even get the fan speed control to work properly for it. So its constantly turning on high.

*So my question is, would getting that 80mm fan for the exhaust port be beneficial?

it only does 22 cubic feet per minute. I try to find fans that can do at least 60

Ok, what I meant was, would it help to have a fan in place on he side of that case bringing air in over the CPU?

Since I already have a heatsink on the CPU it doesn't really matter to me how much airflow is coming in. I just want to add not only the extra air, but a nice look to the inside.

yeah it would help a little. If I were you I'd add a fan on the side across from the cpu and a fan on top to help exhaust a little more. Just try to make it even. You said you have a powerful intake fan already so I would definitely add another exhaust fan if you want an intake fan on the side.
