rumblepad & COD4

anyone out there have a rumblepad running with COD4? I'm half-way programmed but am hitting the wall with the X-Y axis, yadda yadda yadda. Can anyone tell me they do indeed use their game pad with COD4? how'd you program it etc, mind sharing that config file, etc... (I'm an old guy trying to get back in the groove) btw....not the only game i'll use it with

whats a rumble pad?
edit: oh a controller. why don't you just use kb and mouse? its way more precise

I don't think so, I'm on XP and would much rather use the game pad in a FPS.
the rumble pad uses a config file I was hoping someone already has set up.
