gpu problems

so i downloaded the new drivers and restarted my computer like 6 times and had no probs, well this morning turned it on and it loaded the welcome screen but after that my monitor had Dark blue and light blue lines all across it cant see anything but that, everytime i restart it makes it to the desktop then locks up or does the blue lines thing. any suggestions

Overheating, an overclock too far, or a dodgy card due an RMA.

dont overclock and i have an antec 900 keeps things cool so idk

Sounds like a bad card to me.

Was it a factory overclocked card?
