Nvidia Quality & High Quality Texture filtering, Are there any noticable differences?

Under the nvidia Texture Filtering settings, is there any differences between Quality and High Quality?

Any noticable differences in the way your games look? Should there be any noticable differences?

i dont have any. i use high performance. i rmember seeing a site regarding CS:Source and showing two screenshots of the same thing except one was with Quality and one was with High performance. FPS was like 7-8 higher, and there was like absolutely no difference i could tell between teh shots.

Negligible difference, I find in both performance and looks.
