will I see an increase in performance if I go from a 4200+X2 to a 6400+X2? I know the clock speeds are faster but is this proc worth it for an upgrade? please don't turn this into a intel>AMD war lol....

You'll see less hiccups. The good thing about having a decent CPU is that it raises the fps all over field. The performance boost is largely dependant on the grpahics card you have and the setting you try to run your games at.
If your gaming has been bottlenecked badly by the CPU then this will be a very welcome up-grade. You'll be happy anyway with the up-grade even in everyday usage.Comment
