    Dell...>=|

    I'm tired of dell right now. I don't know if anyone ordered that deal they had a while back with the $208 MSI 8800GT OC. I ordered it thinking "wow dell, why?". Well now the same question is comming to mind.

    Dell keeps pushing these days back every two days, It's now scheldued to ship 01/28/08. Yup, almost in febuary. Well im tired of this load of CRAP Dell. I searched and found another forum and it had a thread about this same issue. Seems the people that ordered them also didn't get them, and the ones that did they got a TOTALLY DIFFRENT CARD then advertised . They got the XFX 8800GT the one thats clocked 10 Mhz lower then the MSI 8800GT OC. This is sounding more like EBAY Then one of the bussiness' the supposedly has a great name. Dell i have one thing to say. i'm canceling my order and who ever gets on the phone with me will have a FREAKING EARFULL :nod::evil:. I hope the people who don't cancel get thier cards dell, you don't have enough balls to be lose money do you? Well i think this gets you one notch down on the totem poll. I know i'll never buy ANYTHING FROM DELL! EVER EVER EVER!

    Other thoughts : Dell shouldn't play these games. If they found out the idoit at marketing was selling 80 bucks cheaper. Well i think dell should have damn near caught on. You should at least come out of the closet and admit you won't ship them and give us refunds with maybe an extra 30 bucks? Are am i dreaming?

    Um... so... another satisfied customer. :p

    Seriously though, my experiences with Dell hav been overwhelmingly negative, which is why I'm building my own PC in June next year rather than buying off them again.

      The reason for the delay is actually because Nvidia keep promising new stock, and then don't deliver. That is another reason for such high prices, demand is killing supply.

      i've seen it happening on other sites. Says the card will be back in a week, and then status changes to "Stock delivery unknown". It's not just Dell

        10Mhz is peanuts. I would take XFX over MSI any day. They are the same product but the XFX other stuff that comes with it (like life time warranty, up-grade deals etc.) are off the roof.

        But this is of course about the principle too here.
