not such a simple choice tbh

I wanted to shoot myself whenever someone talked in that movie, the dialogue was utterly horrible unless your so typical that the corny overused jokes made you chuckle a bit.

On the otherhand I loved the action... CGI has really come a long way. BUT ENOUGH WITH RUNNING AWAY IN SLOW MOTION FROM EXPLOSIONS. It gets old! :rawr

Well, it wasn't a movie, but the Fringe Festival is in town, so I went and saw Red Bastard.

Simply ***king awesome. Its beyond description, and its a one man show. If you ever get a chance to see Red Bastard, go, seriously.

Xmen Origins Wolverine

Retarded plot, nonsensical action, and some terrible cliches. I can only hope that Wolverine's comic book origins made more sense. I found myself more interested in the villain and how he/it worked, than wolverine.

Transformers

I fell asleep partway through. :wee: Fairly stupid and predictable, but the action, more or less, made up for it. Acting sucked, but the terrible lines didn't help. Not looking forward to the sequel.

Breach

Real life spies are fairly boring people, apparently. Suspenseful at times, but it takes a while to get interesting, if it interests you at all. There's very little action here, too.

I don't particularly enjoy films that show you the end at the beginning; it really lessens my interest in the journey to that climax.

I can understand the generally bad reception for this movie but it is actually pretty decent and had me laughing a few times. Eddie Murphy does every role well :)

Saw Public Enemies today, I'd give it a 8/10. The fight scenes can be rather confusing because everyone is wearing suits and Depp and Bale look somewhat similar.

Finally got around to seeing The Wrestler. I'd say Mickey Rourke did a very good job, in my mind it was better than that of Sean Penn in Milk
