    XP getting even faster with SP3?

    Vista SP1 doesn't look too good, according to testers!

      looks like i am sticking with XP for now! hey tomeis do ya think that SP3 will support DX 10 or not i know its a noobish '?' LOL!

          SP3 will not support DX10. Main reason being that DX10 is built around a different driver architecture only found in Vista.

              Already have it, no difference in speed. Maybe the 10% isn't noticeable or something.

              Still, XP is about 700 3dmarks faster than Vista, it's constantly that difference no matter what my hardware/clock rates are.

                  yeah tehres a beta version of SP3 somewhere. been out for a while.
