new proc, is it good?

well atm, I have an AM2 mobo, so if I were to go Intel, that would mean spending another $150 or more on a new mobo as well I was searching through my favorite site and saw an new proc from AMD.

Its AMD's answer to the new intel chips..but nothing in the computer world is future proof my friend...

But overall that looks pretty good
