new desktop

i am getting a new desktop - is this a good setup?
Would i need a sound card or will the intergrated one be good enough
Setup:

os - xp pro
intel e6750 cpu
asus p5k-se m/board
asus ati hd2600 pro -512mb
4gb ram corsair xms2 5400/675

Also, how many watts will i need?
Would a thermaltake wing rs 101 with 430w be enough?
Will this case have enough cooling?

and the antec nine hundred nine hundred i beleive is one of the best out there
