    will it be work?

also he's asking whether going from 4-4-4-something to 5-5-5- in ram rtimings will makea big diff

    Re: laptop ram

well that memory is 667mhz, and his laptop is 533, but it should down clock itself and work. I bought this memory for my xps m170 laptop (almost same specs as his) and its worked out good. I would say run cpuz and check the voltage of his memory and try and get memory near the same voltage, but 667 *should* work.

k thanks. hes planning on taking out his current memory (his laptop only has 2 slots) so would that mean that it would run at 667 and not clock itself down?
