    Hey,

    I need someone to make a image i have to " 16 X 16 " No Bigger, No Less!

    This would be a great help if anyone would be sooo kind!!

        Use the tool i stated. Install, right click on picture, select resize, and choose from either pre set sizes or custom!

          image resizer fails at save quality, although at 16px its really not an issue i guess.

                  You don't even need software to do it.

                  1. Open notepad type this in:

                  Code:
                  <html>
                  
                  <body>
                  <img src="url of image" width="16" height="16">
                  </body>
                  </html>
                  2. Save as image.html.

                  3. Open this page in your favored web browser.

                  4. Hit the Prt Scrn key (lool)

                  5. Open paint and his paste, select that itty bitty image you desire so much that not even words can express that bond between you two.

                  6. Copy it, paste it into a new document, save it as you like.

                  All with out extra software :X!!!
