Entry Point Not Found

hello folks,

I have recently upgraded my PC (still running XP incase anyone thinks it may be a Vista problem!), and on installing BF2 and Patching to v1.41 i seem to get an Error message as follows -

The procedure entry point ?set_max_alloc_size@memory@hfe@dice@@YAXI@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library MEMORY.DLL.

I really hope someone can shed some light as to what this meens or what i can do to rectify!

try an un-install and then re-install ?

Yea i'll give it a go, is there any specific way i should install? i.e. BF2 then Special Forces then Patch?

Yes the patch should be the last thing you do, otherwise you have to install it multiple times
