    exactly thats why i grabbed a maxtor 320gb for $60 instead of paying 120 for a seagate of the same size.

      Ok update for you all my graphics card has fried they say but everything has not been tested yet. I cant seem to find the 6600 25mb PCI-E in the UK does anyone know if a 7000 series would run on 300 watts?

        I have a maxtor, it works great for 2yrs now.

        i agree with above either PSU or someting went bad somewheer on MB.

        guesswork sucks, but i'd think if the ram or something was bad you'd get a error message?am i wrong probably , I know when i had my old harddive go out i got error message telling me it was my HD.
