I don't think bf2 will run on a "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950" since usually those are integrated chipset on the motherboard. for maximum compatibility with games you will want something that is 'nvidia or aTi' and is either AGP slot (old) or Pci-e.

yeah at least get a GFX card before 3 gbs of ram lol, even my old 6100 ran like crap so the intel one is really gonna suck if it even runs the game at all

Re: Here is my new comp!

You could prolly build a better one or at least by a better equiped barebone build and add in your gpu after... That c2d is the bottom of the line and they already released the xx20's and xx50's. Idunno, I wouldn't spend that much money on the lowest end of the new high end tech of today if you understand that but w/e works 4u.

                EDIT1

                OMG I almost forgotz!

Don't expect the psu (powr supply) to be anything great. Seeing how cheap the specs are, I bet it will barely run the computer as is when you take it out of the nice overly priced box it comes in. Hmmm... Now thats new ram, new gpu, new PSU...

                EDIT2

And yes, I checked 3x now for the PSU but it is not listed. I even double checked when I checked and I didn't count that so thats like 6x. Seriously, you will only waste your money with that build. I can buy a more powerful laptop brand new and itll kick that computers a55. 320 gb HD and you can play all yours games?! Lol

Re: Here is my new comp!

well, when i went to bestbuy, i talked to the sales supervisor and he new a lot about computers and we took it apart and im going to upgrade the 350 watt power supply to 480 ( I already have it cause i bought it from my friend for 10$) and the graphics card, but I dont know how to build comps and i dont really care. My fried who is compsmart told me the setup was good with the processor and graphics card and everything. He said it would play BF2 on max settings. but its going to cost about 1300$. of course if i could could something or get something cheaper and better, i would do it, but i would like it a lot cheaper, not just 100$ or so. so if you could help me out, PM or something.
