Like I said in my other post, neither. Get this psu, its a bit more than the other two but the quality is much higher and is a better psu:

I have been looking at reviews on the OCZ GameXStream 700 watt, they always do very well. Here's a review I found helpful, if any body’s interested.
Play.com are selling the OCZ GameXStream 700 watt for £73.99 delivered, which I think is a bargain! So I have ordered it from them, it’s out of stock at the moment but I’m in no rush to get.
Thanks to every one that postsed :)

all of those seem very suitable. Just make sure the darn thing has lots of amps on the 12V rails. I'd get the corsair one, seems like the most reliable brand that I know.
I personally like Antec.

Re: Which of these 2 PSU's, would you get?
Ive had the GameXstream for almost two weeks now, and love it! I was finding my old generic (tisk tisk for using that PoS) would lag out my graphics while playing in heavy situations. Stuck this in and viola no more lag spikes. It most likely didnt give enough juice to my card/system, and it caused little stutters every few minutes.
I myself payed $125 CDN for it, with a $25 mail-in-rebate (yet to be mailed). So I figure this beast was a bargain for a soon to be $99 :)

are u running 1 graphics card or 2 (SLI or Crossfire)?? Are you planning on getting and nvidia 8800?? All of these will cause you to need more juice in your PSU!!! If you run 2 graphics cards you will want a PSU with at least 60A on the 12 volt rail!! Also the newer graphics cards have an 8 pin connector to the PSU so make sure you have on on your PSU.
Just some more things to keep in mind.
