Hlep on LCD decision - 90 minutes!

On my lunchbreak I am going to bestbuy to purchase the Acer AL223WD for 172$ + tax. BestBuy is having a crazy sale on them, through 8/4, and I also found a 10% off coupon that expires today. Found this through slickdeals.net, and coupon expires today.

Can anyone tell me the difference(s) between the Acer X221WSD and Acer AL2223WD ????

Please? I have heard of people getting staples to pricematch 110% with the x221wsd...

The only difference I have seen is that the AL2223WD has speakers in it, and seems to be consistently priced less than the X221wsd. I don't understand why...

Acer X221WSD has HDCP input the other doesnt,

Ahhh....thanks. That really wont affect me I think because I am mainly going to game with it. I may watch a DVD or two off it from my computer's DVD player - I don't think HDCP makes a difference here... am I correct?

Well I got the al2223wd ... it says HDCp on the box so Scinto I am not sure if you are correct...

i only went by comparison from different sites,

couldnt find an exact match of them on the Acer website lol

I got the 223wd for $189 for my parents a couple months ago. its a pretty sweet monitor. I didn't get a chance to game on it though.
