Big time problems =O

I keep getting the shader lightning error, so which means I cant play the game, so I try to uninstall the game, and every time I try to uninstall the game I get a error, so now I cant start or uninstall bf2!! :cry:

it worked!
Im having another problem though, I bought both of the booster packs, and it says on me account that I never did buy those booster packs, but there on my single player map list, but I cant play them
